Lyrics

(Other kids have got)
Human fathers not from space
Human fathers not from space
Human fathers not from space
(Other kids have got)
(Wow wow)
(Other kids have got)
Human fathers not from space
Human fathers not from space
Human fathers not from space
(Other kids have got)
(Sorry)

Why'd you leave me out to dry
Why'd you leave me here to cry
Why did you not come back to me?

When you committed suicide
You took King Kai and Bubbles' live
Met some girl out on Snake Way

Always train in outer space
Kamehameha to your face
Why did you not come back to me?

Human fathers not from space
Human fathers not from space
Human fathers not from space
(Other kids have got)
(Sorry)
Human fathers not from space
Human fathers not from space
Human fathers not from space

Content

Track eight on Dragon Ball $d, feat. Gohan & Nick Belcher on streaming. Luke wrote, played, mixed, and mastered; Nick Belcher sings. Gohan is the joke credit: Spotify lists him as a featured artist, but it's a meta gag about Gohan hating Goku, not a real third vocalist. The savior of the previous track gets recast here as a deadbeat dad.

The hook is playground envy (human fathers not from space) over pop-punk sorry ad-libs, and the verse is a straight grievance list about training absences and emotional abandonment. The bridge is where the kid logic gets dark: Goku's noble self-destruction in the Cell saga becomes when you committed suicide / you took King Kai and Bubbles' live (the live spelling is the writer's, kept), and met some girl out on Snake Way turns afterlife errands into infidelity. The worst dad in the universe is also the strongest.

Next: A Real Monster / Vegeta's Sacrifice, Belcher's third feature, back to drama.
