夢のはなし and MY DREAM are the same release: Japanese and English titles for one CHAI single, not two separate songs.

Released August 3, 2022 as the theme for 沖田修一’s film さかなのこ (Sakana no Ko; also The Fish Tale / Sakananoko, 2022; Tokyo Theatres), starring Non (のん; Rena Nounen) as Meebo — the fish-obsessed lead based on ichthyologist Sakana-kun — used over the ending and trailer. @beformer promoted the film tie-in ahead of the September 1, 2022 theatrical run; on August 11, 2022 the same account announced official Spotify Lorem placement for MY DREAM, naming Scoobert Doobert on sound production. Spincoaster credits Walton as サウンド・プロデュース (sound produce); Bezzy (Aug 3, 2022) names California-based Scoobert Doobert on sound produce alongside the まるごと credit; Sony Music Japan documents the tie-in and names Walton on sound production, building on WHOLE (まるごと). Official MV on YouTube, also on /music/#selected-videos and /with/chai/#videos.

Non later wrote a release congratulations comment for CHAI’s self-titled album CHAI (Sep 22, 2023), alongside Shingo Murakami, Kaho Nakamura, Orono, Rivers Cuomo, and Sui Ishida — part of the same Japan network around Walton’s CHAI production arc. Cuomo separately added Walton/Woodward’s FEiN satire #Grownupz (FEiN Times Issue #1) to his public Spotify playlist DJ set on Feb 27, 2016 (track 3; playlist note: here's the set I played at Melissa's party): same title string, different song — but the same off-center indie taste that connects Weezer’s frontman, Non’s Fish Tale lead, and CHAI’s comment circle.

Part of the CHAI relationship that escalated from the Sub Pop Miracle remix into NHK and film themes, alongside ラブじゃん( That's Love) and Chill Takatsu. See With CHAI for the full arc.
