The opener names the bit: I think my phone is dead but I might leave it that way. The chorus completes the thought, and it isn't "I miss you" or "I want you," it's nothing on the internet that's shiny and new. On a travel record full of Shinkansen and PCH, this is the song that picks the sofa, stacking nothing in particular until nothing sounds like a destination.
