Genius, FEKR’s Meet Tamtam feature, and the official MV description all name Luke Walton and Brandon Woodward as producers (Genius and FEKR also frame them as FEiN); lyrics Tamtam & Grandson; mixed Frank Rosato; mastered Riley Knapp; video Meshal Al Jaser. He also played guitar and synths and recorded the track. That is his account. Unlike ROLLERCOASTER (2023), Rise does not put guitar, synths, or recording on the Apple/Spotify credit line.
Kuwait Rising (April 27, 2018): Luke Francis Walton performed live with Tamtam, named in the Lyn Winter Rise press release (Aug 2018). That is the live date, separate from the studio guitar, synths, and recording.
The shoot’s public behind-the-scenes is a post by the director of photography, @hueditor (Acton, California), January 24, 2019. The caption calls it BTS from the Rise video, spring 2018, DP for Meshal Al Jaser, and says the video was produced by @maan__b. That producer line is the video. The record’s producers stay FEiN. Luke Walton is tagged on the post. The tag is not a credit.
Neuehouse Hollywood (April 30, 2019): @tamtamsound posted a story from the Rise premiere. The caption says Luke Walton was on guitar, and calls him “the greatest guitar player of all time, my friend and fellow musician I will go with on tour one day soon.” That praise is the post. The photo shows him with a guitar beside the singer.
