  Toyosu Fish Market
  A day-break sushi line
  Small talk with locals
With sleep as bad as mine
  I love the way
The sunlight looks reflecting on the bay
  I walk the rainbow bridge
Pretend like this where I've always lived
  Watch an airplane fly in

So many things worth living for
The little moments when the universe is at your door
You open up and let it in
Find out where your heart has always been

  So stick around
It might be everything you wanted it to be
A little house, a little happy family
I know that it might seem
Further than the ocean's other end
  But stick around
  This is only the beginning
  Oh, it's only beginning

  Sun setting in San Diego
  Watching for a green flash
  You finally see one
  and it matches your iris
  Love the way
The little things can add up every day
  We walk down PCH
Make it to the beach and dip our feet in
  Moonlight shines in the water

So many things worth living for
Little moments when the universe is at your door
And you open up and let it in
Find out where your heart has always been

  So stick around
It might be everything you wanted it to be
A little house, a little happy family
I know that it might seem
Farther than the ocean's other end

  Stick around
  This is only the beginning
  Oh, it's only the beginning
  Ooo, it's only the beginning

Track ten on [*I*](/albums/i/), Japan and California in one promise song. It opens on a Tokyo morning, the Toyosu Fish Market sushi line and the Rainbow Bridge, *pretend like this where I've always lived*: the [*Gonna Go to Japan*](/songs/gonna-go-to-japan/) longing finally arrived on the LP that was partly recorded on Shinkansen. It closes at home, a San Diego sunset and a green flash that *matches your iris*, [*Moonlight Beach*](/albums/moonlight-beach/) by name without naming it.

The chorus is future tense without a guarantee: *stick around*, *a little house, a little happy family*. It echoes the plant-parent rehearsal of [*Getting Easier*](/songs/getting-easier/) on [*MÖB*](/albums/mob/), but here it's invitation, not anxiety. On an album about motion, this is the pause that says the life you're building isn't finished, and that's the good news.

[**Lou Roy**](/with/lou-roy/), background vocals.
