2018, staring off the Ventura pier Credit cards maxed I probably should quit music Endless void, a Pacific obscured by mist I probably should quit music But what am I without it? Möbius
Content
Track ten, the Moonlight Beach closer. The title is "How to NOT use it" flipped upside-down (möbius . spuǝ ʇᴉ ʍoɥ ʇoN), and the spoken coda is the prophecy tag for the whole planned cycle MÖB → I → US → MÖBIUS.
2018, Ventura pier: credit cards maxed, Pacific obscured by mist, I probably should quit music, twice. But what am I without it? One word lands: Möbius. Not an explanation, a name.
Rock Da Fuq Out later connected this tag to MÖB as fulfillment of the prophecy, the first released turn of the four-part architecture. The beach record ends not with a chorus but with the hinge: quit or loop. Luke chose loop.
MÖB and I are finished; US is in progress; the fourth resolving LP remains planned. See the MÖBIUS meta-hub for the one-work frame.
