The title is the whole premise: no Frieza, no apocalypse, just peacetime Goku doing what peacetime Goku would do. The saga opens in stoner minimalism rather than exposition, with the [Turtle Hermit](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_Roshi) recast as chill deity and planetary stakes treated as a reason to relax. No plot advances, which is the point.

It pairs with the instrumental closer [*While My Beerus Gently Sleeps*](/albums/dragon-ball-d/) as the album's chill bookends, peace before [*Prince of All Saiyans*](/songs/prince-of-all-saiyans/) and Namek wreck the blunt.
