Panic gets penciled in (*how does 2 pm sound?*), the phone scolds you (*Rock God, you haven't meditated in a week*), and the angry Duolingo owl turns the language you're learning into the language you plead in. The bridge stacks an impossible self-care list, every wellness podcast at once, down to an *80 hour week, but make time for some fun*. Then the song names its own mechanism: *like when I say don't think of a cat, you think of a cat*, which is [ironic process theory](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ironic_process_theory) in two lines. The outro lets the apps talk back in Japanese, *meditate* as a command and *you want to live, right?* as the darker punchline.
