Crack describes bed as an ongoing 2052 world-building project: blacked-out visual identity, Matrix-green flyers, cyberpunk styling, music/artwork/stage as one universe. On HEART ATTACK, Japanese press (Spincoaster, SENSA) says director Takeshi Maruyama first imagined opening the Fuji TV drama with the existing live Kare Wa 2.0; bed then proposed a newly recorded 3.0 as the definitive TV version. In September 2025 Fuji TV announced that the live-action series won ContentAsia Silver for Best Drama Series Made in Asia for a Regional or International Market: the award is the drama’s, not a music prize. Internationally, Crack reports a 2025 London show leading to Forty Miles and 2026 UK dates (Windmill, George Tavern, LOST).
