## Record

### Apps: Luke F. Walton

**Summary.** Luke F. Walton's listed apps are Surmado Scout (free, iOS and Android, Surmado's AI agent), Stop Political Spam Texts (free, MIT license, iOS), A New Word Every Day (free, MIT license, iOS), and Recipe to Grocery List (free, MIT license, iOS). Private Workout Logger was pulled from the App Store in October 2026.

Apps hub at /apps/ lists the apps Luke F. Walton currently ships. It does not list Private Workout Logger. Surmado Scout: Surmado's AI agent, free to download on iPhone and Android; a paid Surmado membership is what makes it useful. App Store https://apps.apple.com/us/app/surmado-scout/id6756646583, Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.surmado.scout. Publisher: Surmado, Inc. He designed Scout (creator); it is a Surmado team product, so he is not credited as sole author. Private Workout Logger was pulled from the App Store in October 2026 because Apple's on-device model was not strong enough for a good experience. The page stays at /private-workout-logger/ and is not on the apps hub. It may be published again when on-device models improve. It was a privacy-first iPhone workout log, $4.99, source available, on-device SQLite only. Luke F. Walton designed and built it end to end. Stop Political Spam Texts: free, MIT-licensed iPhone SMS filter. An on-device classifier routes campaign, fundraising, polling, and election texts from unknown senders to Junk. No account, no server, no political profiling. App Store https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stop-political-spam-texts/id6782703267, source https://github.com/lukefwalton/stop-political-texts. Landing page /stop-political-spam-texts/. Luke F. Walton designed and built it end to end (creator, author, publisher). A New Word Every Day: free, MIT-licensed iPhone vocabulary app and Home Screen widget. One rare, useful English word a day, no account, no server, no tracking. App Store https://apps.apple.com/us/app/a-new-word-every-day/id6785838096, source https://github.com/lukefwalton/a-new-word-every-day. Landing page /a-new-word-every-day/. Luke F. Walton designed and built it end to end (creator, author, publisher). Recipe to Grocery List: free, MIT-licensed iPhone app that turns recipes into one grocery list. No account, no server. The only network request is the page the user hands it. Landing page /recipe-to-grocery-list/. Privacy https://lukefwalton.com/recipe-to-grocery-list/privacy/. Source https://github.com/lukefwalton/recipe-to-grocery-list. Luke F. Walton designed and built it end to end (creator, author, publisher). Surmado Scout is built and published by the Surmado team. Luke F. Walton built the independent apps end to end.
